Shipping & payment
Products ship from Montréal, Québec. Canada shipping is CAD $20 per order. Prices are in Canadian dollars, excluding tax; applicable taxes and your total are shown at checkout.
For a delivery estimate to your destination, send your products, quantities and postal code before ordering. For delivery outside Canada, request a quote.
Standard & PRO warranty
Standard versions carry a 12-month limited warranty. PRO versions carry a 24-month limited warranty. The warranty duration for your selected item appears on its product page.
For a warranty enquiry, contact us with your order number, model, purchase date and a description of the issue. Include photos or a video where possible. We will explain the next steps for assessment.
Return requests & order issues
To request a return, report shipping damage or flag an order error, email us with your order number, the affected product, the reason and relevant photos.
Contact us for instructions and conditions applicable to your request before shipping an item back. If you have a specific return requirement or internal approval condition, check it with us before purchase.
Business & fleet purchasing
For volume orders, send models, quantities, forklift supply voltage and the delivery postal code. Attach your purchase order to your quote request email if needed.
A quote request prepares an email which you send from your email app. Online orders use a secure Stripe checkout page.
Selection & installation support
Confirm the voltage range and mounting positions before ordering. Your forklift model, supply voltage and photos of the planned mounting area help us guide your selection.
Equipment brand names do not mean the accessories are manufactured or endorsed by those brands. Confirm fitment for your truck model. Warning lights supplement your site’s safety procedures.
