Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photos, specifications, compatibility information, and pricing.

However, minor differences may exist between product photos and actual products, including packaging, label design, cable markings, hardware appearance, or minor design updates that do not materially affect function.

If you require a specific technical feature, certificate, approval number, cable type, connector type, voltage range, IP rating, mounting method, or compatibility detail, please contact us before placing your order.

Pricing & Availability

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Product availability, pricing, shipping rates, and specifications may change without notice before an order is accepted.

If an item is unavailable, incorrectly priced, or listed with an error, we may contact you to confirm changes, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund the order.

Installation & Safety

Many products sold by Maple Alliance Industrial are intended for industrial, commercial, electrical, forklift, warehouse, or vehicle-related applications.

Products should be installed by a qualified person where appropriate and used only within their rated specifications.

Incorrect wiring, incorrect voltage, improper mounting, or unsuitable use may cause product failure and may void warranty coverage.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Maple Alliance Industrial is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including labour costs, installation costs, removal costs, downtime, lost revenue, business interruption, or damage caused by improper installation or misuse.

This limitation does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any dispute shall be subject to the courts of the judicial district of Montréal, Quebec, except where applicable consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
